Here, we have compiled all the important information about your stay, so that you can enjoy your time at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten from the very first moment. From arrival times, facilities to helpful details about your stay - clear, transparent and uncomplicated. For a vacation that simply begins and feels good.
Your room will be available from 3:00 PM, and on the day of departure, we kindly ask that it be vacated by 10:00 or 10:30 AM. This way, your stay is clearly structured and organised in a relaxed manner.
Our hotel does not offer an underground garage. There are some outdoor parking spaces that can be used by guests without prior reservation. There is free parking at the mountain railway 800 meters away.
Daily room cleaning is standard, but can be cancelled upon request. Towel changes are flexible as needed. Your minibar is checked daily and offers a selection of drinks and snacks.
You can enjoy breakfast from 07:30 to 10:00, and dinner from 6:30 to 8:00. We are happy to accommodate special dietary requirements such as allergies or vegetarian or vegan preferences, with prior notification.
Free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the house.
Your room card also serves as access to the night entrance after 10:00 PM and ensures a safe and comfortable experience.
You are welcome to help yourself to the drinks and snacks in your minibar. Please note that these items are chargeable. Our housekeeping team checks and replenishes the stock daily for you. We kindly ask you to declare your consumption at the reception when checking out. You can find the current price list directly at the minibar.
In the ski room, heated lockers with boot dryers are available. Just use your room key to open them. A sports and ski rental can be found in close proximity in the town of Kaprun.
Multi-day ski passes are available at our reception at checkout price.
Upon request, we are happy to provide cribs, high chairs, and kettles for our little guests.
Pets are allowed upon prior request and are handled individually.
Our house is a non-smoking hotel, smoking is only permitted in the outdoor area.
All prices are exclusive of local tax, which is calculated per person from 15 years and per night.
Direct inquiries through our website offer the best conditions without booking fees. For a fixed reservation, we ask for a deposit. Only then will your reservation become valid. You are welcome to pay the remaining amount up to 1 week before arrival or on the eve of your departure day at the reception in cash or with an EC card. Bookings are only valid with complete address information.

Up to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
Up to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount
A deposit is required at check-in
Unused meals (in case of a half-board reservation) will not be refunded.
Additional cleaning fees may apply in case of heavy soiling.
Upon arrival, a security deposit of €1,000 is required. The deposit is made by pre-authorisation on a valid credit card. Please note that a physical credit card is required, as pre-authorisation via contactless payment methods is not possible.
This amount is merely temporarily reserved and not charged immediately. If no damages or other complaints are found after departure, the pre-authorisation will be lifted after the accommodation has been checked.
The release usually takes 7 days after departure, depending on the respective bank or credit card provider.
